The fires have affected our community in so many ways, and even when we're physically safe, our bodies can remain stuck in a state of stress and hypervigilance.
This three-session Harmonic Egg® package is designed to give you space to slow down, breathe, and support your body as you move out of survival mode and into a greater sense of calm and relaxation.
Fire Recovery Special: 3 sessions for $240
That’s $80 per session (regularly $120/session).
Whether you evacuated, lost your home, supported someone who did, or have simply been carrying the stress and uncertainty of the fires, this is a space to step away from it all for a little while.
You’ve been holding a lot. Come take an hour to put it down.
As an additional community offering, the first Harmonic Egg® session is free for anyone who lost their home in the fires and for all first responders. Please contact me to schedule.
