A Place to Be Your Weird and Wonderful Self

One of the greatest gifts I can offer isn't a modality or a technique. It's creating a space where you don't have to perform. A space where you can stop trying to be who you think you should be and simply begin discovering who you really are.
So many of us have spent our lives learning how to fit in. We became experts at reading the room, anticipating other people's needs, and shaping ourselves into whoever we thought would be accepted, loved, or valued. We learned to hide the parts of ourselves that felt too much, too sensitive, too emotional, too loud, too quiet, or just plain different.
Over time, those survival strategies become so familiar that we begin to mistake them for our identity. We lose touch with the person underneath them. It's not that we've disappeared—we've simply become disconnected from ourselves after years of trying to belong everywhere else.
That's why one of the questions I ask most often isn't "What's wrong with you?" It's "Who are you?" Closely followed by, "What do you want?"
Surprisingly, those questions can be some of the hardest to answer.
Not because people don't have dreams or desires, but because many have spent so much of their lives meeting everyone else's expectations that they've never had the safety to explore their own. When you've been in survival mode long enough, your focus shifts from living authentically to simply getting through the day. Somewhere along the way, your own voice becomes quieter than everyone else's.
I want Wild Skye Healing to be a place where that voice can be heard again.
I want it to be a place where you can laugh at the thoughts you've never dared to say out loud. A place where you can cry without needing to explain why. A place where you can admit you're scared, excited, confused, hopeful, or all of those things at once. Most of all, I want it to be a place where you can discover that the parts of yourself you've spent years hiding may actually be the parts that make you uniquely beautiful.
I genuinely love people's weird.
Not because it's entertaining, but because it's authentic.
Our quirks, our passions, our unexpected interests, the things that make us feel most different—those are often the places where our truest selves live. When people finally feel safe enough to stop editing themselves, something remarkable happens. They begin to relax. They become more curious. They start trusting themselves again. That's where real transformation begins.
This is why I don't see my role as fixing people. I don't believe you're broken. I believe many of us have simply learned to protect ourselves in ways that once made sense but no longer serve us. My job isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to create an environment where you feel safe enough to remember who you've always been.
Whether that happens through the Harmonic Egg, Reiki, Gestalt work, or simply through meaningful conversation, the modalities are just tools. The real work is helping you reconnect with yourself—your wisdom, your desires, your intuition, and your own inner knowing.
You don't have to arrive with all the answers. You don't have to know exactly who you are or what you want. You don't have to have your life figured out before you begin.
You simply have to be willing to get curious.
Because healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about peeling away everything that told you that you couldn't be yourself.
It's about remembering.
It's about finding the courage to ask, "What do I really want?" and trusting yourself enough to listen to the answer.
And maybe, just maybe, it's about discovering that the weird and wonderful parts of you were never something to hide. They were always the parts that deserved to be celebrated.
