1:1 Equine Gestalt Coaching Session

This is a 90 minute session in the arena. We will work on leaving your trauma and stress in the sand, and uncovering your authentic self to find peace and wholeness.

Gestalt Group Coaching Session

Group sessions last 2 hours, and may be held in the arena or other areas. Sessions can include personal work with each member as well as time to connect with and support each other.

Virtual Coaching Session

This is a 30 minute session on the phone or Zoom. We can follow up after you have done work in the arena, or we can work on moving you forward towards a goal.

Reiki Healing

Session

This is a 60 minute hands-on healing session. The goals of the session are to promote relaxation, healing of the body's energy centers and promote overall well-being.
